30-day returns
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible:
- Item is unused / in the same condition you received it
- In original packaging
- You have your order confirmation or receipt
How to start a return
Email contact@mamabeast.store with:
1. Order number
2. Reason for return
3. Photos if the item arrived damaged or defective
If your return is approved, we’ll send instructions and a return shipping label when applicable.

Do not send returns without approval. Unsolicited packages may not be refunded.
Damages and wrong items
Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos so we can replace or refund quickly.
Non-returnable
- Used or dirty tents (hygiene)
- Items missing pieces or packaging
- Sale / final-sale items (if marked)
- Gift cards
Exchanges
To exchange, return the original item for a refund (once approved), then place a new order for the item you want. That’s the fastest path while we run a single SKU.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days (your bank may take additional time to post).
