Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays). You’ll get a confirmation email when your order ships.
Shipping (United States)
We ship across the United States. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your address.
Delivery timing after shipment is usually a few business days for standard US shipping, depending on carrier and destination. You’ll receive tracking when the label is created.
Free shipping
If a free-shipping offer or threshold is active, it will appear at checkout. Otherwise standard rates apply.
Tracking
Tracking is emailed when the label is created. If tracking hasn’t moved for several business days after the ship notice, email contact@mamabeast.store with your order number.
Delays
Carrier delays, weather, and peak seasons can add time. We’ll loop you in if something on our side is holding your order.
Damaged in transit
Photograph the package and product, then email contact@mamabeast.store within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right.
